I’m 50 years old and a very versatile angler who enjoys the social aspects just as much as fishing, but my focus is on the fish if they are within casting reach.
I’ve 32 years’ experience in angling from the coast in the western parts of the Limfjord where I’ve fly fished a lot during several periods. Today, I mainly use spinning rods, often with a bombarda float and flies. I go on fishing trips all year and fish in the area from Lemvig to Kås Hoved, north of Venø. My primary home water is Venø bay as I live close to the fiord between Vinderup and Struer but I gladly go far to try out new sites. In that case, I’ll often use my boat to familiarise myself with the water and to find new sites.

My largest coastal sea trout in the Limfjord weighed 4.5 kg, and earned me the title of “Årets Storfanger” (Catcher of the Year) in the local newspaper, Dagbladet.
